ELIGIBILITY
All items are eligible for returns*. Your product must be in its original box, clearly untouched, unused, and in its initial state - all products that have been used can't be returned and won't be refunded.
If your product is ineligible for return, we will return the product to you (you will pay for the shipping fees).
*For OFFLINE sales or sales made through one of our representatives directly, please make sure to inspect your order within 24 hours. Do note that SALES ARE FINAL. No returns will be accepted. Final sale items and Outlet Collection items are not eligible for exchange. No returns will be accepted for final sale items or Outlet items. STEPS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
1. Send an email to our customer care team at [email protected] for non-VIP customers and at [email protected] for VIP active members or create a return request by using these links:

2. Do not forget to mention your Order number and the items you would like to return.
3. Within 24 hours, our customer care team will provide you with the exact steps to return your product.
4. Upon receipt confirmation from our Customer Care Team, Ship back your entire product In its original box, clearly untouched and unused, with the box and bottle intact - any product that has been used can not be returned. As soon as we receive your return, we will email you to let you know that we are processing your return.
Please note that Madam Glam does not offer any tracking services or labels for exchanges & returns and is not responsible for lost packages. Customers are welcome to purchase alternative shipping methods that allow for tracking or insurance on the package at their own expense.
REFUND & STORE CREDITS
- We refund 100% of the returned items value for VIPs
- We refund 100% and $1.45 per product returned will be deducted from the final refunded amount (restocking fee) for NON-VIPs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All refunds will be processed as store credits (VIP) or Gift Cards (non-VIP). No cash value.
- VIP members can expect to receive a refund of their last 3 months of subscription only.
- VIP Credits ("Store Credits") will never expire on the VIP members' account.
